Elderly couple attacked, robbed
RICHLAND COUNTY, SC - Richland County authorities are looking for a woman they suspect of attacking an elderly couple in their home Sunday, rifling through and taking some of their belongings and fleeing in their car.
Jenine Obert-Pozzi, 30, (pictured to the right) is wanted on charges of first-degree burglary, armed robbery and vehicle theft.
The Sheriff's Department said she became acquainted with the victims, a couple of 81 and 80 years of age living on Overbrook Drive, and visited their home several times. The department said she was let into the house by the victims, then pushed them to the ground, held them at knifepoint and tied them up.
The suspect left the home in the victims' green 1995 Toyota Corolla, license plate NG20298, authorities said. She is about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
The couple were injured but did not require hospitalization, the department said.
